Celebrate Hometown Holidays
at Reunion
Resort & Club in
Reunion, Florida

REUNION, Fla. (August 22, 2006) – Sometimes going on an Orlando
vacation in December means missing out on some of your hometown winter
traditions -- not so at Reunion Resort, where guests can celebrate the
holidays all month long.
December 1 will kick off the fun-filled month, when guests count down the
moments until a single switch ignites half a million sparkling lights,
adorning resort buildings and surrounding grounds. Each weekend night
(Fri/Sat/Sun), families can "pile in" for an old-fashioned carriage ride,
winding through Reunion’s winter wonderland, while the Reunion Revelers, a
spirited troupe of carolers, fill the air with the sweet sounds of the
holidays.
Each Saturday: Santa himself will be chilling at the multi-acre water
park, where he’ll visit with kids and pose for pictures. When evening falls,
families will cozy up to the campfire and enjoy hot cider, coffee and
Yuletide treats while holiday movie classics on an oversized outdoor screen.
Each Sunday: When parents are enjoying the resort spa or golfing on
one of Reunion’s three award-winning Signature golf courses, kids can
decorate holiday cookies with Santa and the Kids Crew recreation staff.
Of course, the halls will be decked throughout the resort -- gold-spun
ribbon, garlands and ornaments are sure to get everyone in the holiday
spirit. Ornate wreaths, decorated firs and poinsettias will evoke a
breathtaking "Old World" charm.
Accommodations include access to all private resort amenities including
two Signature golf courses, a multi-level water park and swim pavilion, five
neighborhood swimming pools, clubhouse restaurant, pool bar and grille,
fitness center, kids’ activities program, six lighted tennis courts and The
Spa at Reunion.
